Villa Reform
Casa Sierra Villas was born out of a UK based design and build construction
company. Initially the objective of the Spanish company was to promote and
sell properties in Spain. However collaboration between a Spanish builder
and Casa Sierra Villas has produced a unique design and build service to
home owners wishing to reform their properties. This service operating under
the name Villa Reform offers the best of both worlds – UK design allied
to Spanish building expertise.
Villa Reform has applied the same professional design and project management techniques that we use in our work in the UK to Spanish domestic property construction and reform. Our clients, often based in the UK, are reassured by this degree of professionalism and most importantly by the regular communication of progress on site.
We recognised that leaving a builder in a foreign land to his own devices
can lead to stress and misunderstandings. To avoid such a scenario we ensure
that sketch proposals, working drawings and specifications are clearly understood
and approved by our clients and that as the project progresses we email
regular progress reports supported by photographs. If an amendment is necessary
this is given to our client in writing along with drawings or visuals to
ensure a clear understanding and agreement. If the client cannot attend
site information is sent by email, fax or post.
