Our inspection visits are designed to be both informative and enjoyable. We have bought ourselves and we know from personal experience the ingredients of a successful and rewarding inspection visit. Our aim is to show you not only properties but give an experience albeit a brief glimpse of Spanish life and the practical amenities of the region.

Prior to your arrival in Spain we will have a good idea of your preferences in terms of location, house design and budget. Using this information we will create an itinerary designed to fit your personal needs.

To avoid disappointment we recommend that our clients have their finances in place to meet reservation fees and the deposits.

On the most popular developments property sales are still brisk and buyers sometimes fall in love with a development and property only to find that in the time it takes to raise the deposit by re-mortgaging or release their capital their dream home is sold.

As a guide the payment to reserve a property is 3,000€ followed by a deposit of between 20-50% depending on the developers payment terms.
