Santa Ana del Monte

Santa Ana del Monte is set in a broad valley bordered by mountains and surrounded by endless vineyards and 5 minutes drive from the town of Jumilla with its shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The new Murcia International Airport at Corvera, due for completion in 2008 will bring air travel to within 45 minutes drive by car. The established airports of Alicante and San Javier are just over an hour away.

When residents and holiday makers tire of the extensive resort facilities and the beautiful mountain scenery, they can visit the vibrant and historical city of Murcia, just 30 minutes away and shop or just wander and absorb the architectural beauty of the stunning Cathedral. Santa Ana is the largest of the Ruta del Golf residential resorts and the first to start construction. It has two par 72 18 hole golf courses which weave through this development of 15,000 detached, semi-detached and apartment properties. The 3 and 4 bedroom detached houses, positioned around the margins of the golf courses, are set in walled plots.
