Monte Aledo

The Monte Aledo Resort will lie alongside the medieval village of Aledo located on the southern slope of the Sierra Espuna Mountains presenting property owners with stunning panoramic views. The Sierra Espuna Mountains, one of Spain's major national parks is ideal countryside for outdoor pursuits such as horse riding, cycling and walking. The nearby historical towns offer visitors shops, bars and restaurants and within half an hours drive there are the beaches of Mazarron and Aguilas. Access to the excellent motorway network brings the region's main cities of Murcia and Cartegena to within an hours drive.

The current Murcia Airport at San Javier is about an hour away and the new international airport at Corvera when completed will be less than 40 minutes drive.

The central unique feature of The Monte Aledo Resort is El Domo. Internally the dome is divided into two distinct areas designed for sport and leisure. Firstly, there is a water area with swimming pool, sandy beaches, sun beds and Spa centre. Secondly, a commercial area with shops, bars and restaurants. The resort will have extensive landscaped garden areas with communal pools and children's play areas.

The development will have a mixture of detached villas, town houses and apartments. The initial phase called the Manzana is apartments set in landscaped gardens with communal pools.
