Fortuna Hill Golf Resort

The Fortuna Hill Golf Resort stands on the outskirts of the town of Fortuna famous for the natural spa baths where a diverse range of restaurants, bars and shops can be found. There are panoramic views across the carpet of citrus fruit trees towards the distant mountains. Nearby, the reservoir Santomera surrounded by extensive pine forests offers the opportunity to enjoy the walks through the numerous pathways. The beautiful city of Murcia where the stunning cathedral and the narrow streets of the old quarter are counter balanced by the modern boulevards and shops is a 20 minute drive away.

Using the modern motorways infrastructure Murcia and Alicante airports and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor are less than 40 minutes away.

Fortuna Hill Resort has been created around an 18 hole golf course. Commercial areas will provide on-site restaurants, bars and shops. A hotel and spa complex is planned and a number of sporting and leisure activities will be available.

The first phase includes apartments and semi detached town houses with landscaped garden areas and communal pools. Detached properties and other models will be introduced in the next phases with many of the detached villas first line to the golf course
