Montesol de Taray is a development  of detached villas and semi-detached villas in an elevated location with panoramic views of the surrounding Natural Park and distant Mediterranean sea.

The Montesol de Taray development is a secure gated community consisting of  detached villas and semi-detached villas set in  gardens with on-street parking spaces. There is a a central communal pool area with jacuzzi. The common areas are landscaped and there is a children’s play area.

The development is planned in 3 phases.

There is a natural park area adjacent to the site with walkways accessed from the development.

The Montesol de Taray development, with views of the Marquesada Golf Course is close to the towns of Rojales on the river Segura.
