Bahia de Pulpi

Bahia de Pulpi is situated on the hillside above the resort of San Juan de los Terreros and has stunning panoramic sea views. The coastline on this region of Spain is largely undiscovered and unspoilt with beaches and delightful caves and inlets. The larger resort of Aguilas is about 15 minutes away. There is an abundance of water sports and other leisure activities in the area not to mention the restaurants and bars in the nearby villages. The new coastal motorway has improved accessibility to the main international airports at Murcia and Almeria and the whole region in general.

The design and planning of the resort takes full advantage of the hillside situation. The 18 hole par 68 golf course is spread across the sloping terrain and has gentle pathways for buggies and golfers on foot. The hillside slopes and the large lake water features will challenge golfers of all abilities. The resort will have a club house, driving range and practice area.
Commercial areas and a hotel are planned.

The properties are a combination of apartments and detached villas with various bedroom and bathroom combinations. There will be landscaped gardens and communal pools.
