Mar Menor Golf Resort

The Mar Menor is the first of the Polaris World resorts. The first phase of housing, the golf course and the commercial complex are complete and operational setting the benchmark for all the other resorts in the group.

The second phase is now underway with frontline apartments available. Once completed the resort will cover an area of over 1,400,000 square metres with and 18 hole golf course, a 5 star Intercontinental Hotel and an extraordinary range of services.

The Intercontinental Hotel is the hub of the commercial and leisure facilities which includes a supermarket and shops, a travel agents, a bank, a florists, restaurants, bars and a doctor's surgery. The extensive sports facilities will include a social club and gym, tennis courts, swimming pools and a sports ground.
